MAINS

WOOD-FIRED, SLOW-ROASTED LAMB

Slow-roasted, leg and shoulder served with honey-roasted carrots, sautéed greens, golden crispy potatoes, cauliflower gratin and gravy.

SUSTAINABLE FISH OF THE DAY

Grilled fresh line-fish served with baby potatoes, and a citrus velouté.

300g PRIME BEEF FILLET

Grass-Fed free range beef served with roast potatoes and our famous ‘au Poivre-style’ green peppercorn reduction.

MUSHROOM WELLINGTON (v)

Two whole portabello mushrooms encased in a cheesy spinach duxelle wrapped in flaky pastry and served with brown onion gravy.

Note: All side dishes including the honey-roasted carrots, sautéed greens and cauliflower gratin will be served to the table ‘family-style’.

PASSION FRUIT CREAM POT

Fresh, layered creamy desert with a hint of coconut topped with fresh passion fruit.

CHOCOLATE MOUSE

Devilish, dark chocolate mousse topped with fresh berries served in a wafer basket.
