• Bookings may be made with: Ella Julius or Rocky Kabeya ONLY 
• A service fee of 15% will be levied on the total final bill
  • Christmas Set Menu: R650 per person + 15% service fee (R747.50 per person) 
  • Kids under 12 Menu: R250 per child + 15% service fee (287.50 per child) 
• DUE TO NO SHOWS AND LATE CANCELLATIONs, full pre-payment is required to confirm your booking. Your booking is NOT confirmed until proof of payment has been received.
  • The issuing of an invoice does not guarantee a space, however, we will provisionally secure the reservation for 24 hours, pending payment confirmation
  • Failure to email through proof of payment timeously, using the correct reference supplied by Ella/Rocky, may result in your booking being declined.
• A full cash bar will be available – NO WINES may be brought in for Christmas 2020. 
• Last rounds will be called at 16h00 and the restaurant will close at 17h00.
• ANY and ALL dietary requirements must be received by Monday 14th December, if no requirements have been received by this time ONLY the standard menu will be available on the day.
• Should more than one person be settling the bill in advance, spaces will only be confirmed once full payment of the overall invoice has been received, any delays may result in the booking being released or The Brasserie being unable to accommodate the full number of guests.
